Does my engineer need to install an app?

No. They need WhatsApp.

Does my engineer need a Quickler account?

No. Quickler is admin-facing. Engineers just use WhatsApp.

Can I customise the report layout?

Reports use a standard Quickler layout with your firm name. Custom layouts are on the roadmap -- email us if you need one sooner.

What if my engineer loses signal mid-workflow?

WhatsApp buffers the message and delivers it when signal returns.

Can multiple engineers run the same workflow at once?

Yes. Each run is independent.

Can I retrigger a cancelled workflow?

Yes. Send it to the same engineer again from the dashboard. Previous partial answers aren't re-used.

Do I own the data?

Yes. Export everything any time. See Data & privacy.

Is there a free trial?

No self-service trial. We onboard customers in a 15-minute call to check Quickler fits. Email [email protected] to book.

Can I pay annually?

Not yet. Monthly Direct Debit only.

Do you integrate with other systems?

Not yet. Quickler can export your data, so you can move it into other systems manually. Integrations with job-management tools are on the roadmap.
